I started Didavo out of passion for
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at work.

Throughout my journey of coming-out at work and immigration, I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of inclusive leadership and diverse work cultures. I believe in the responsibility businesses have to bring Diversity, Equity and Inclusion forward. 

While many business leaders understand the importance of DEI for attracting and retaining talent, many lack the means or knowledge to work on DEI effectively. The market for diversity consulting is saturated with influencers, or activists who struggle to speak the language of business, focusing on surface level interventions like talks, rankings and basic trainings. While larger companies can afford top-tier support on this topic, especially small and medium sized businesses struggle to do so.

Didavo is my response to these challenges. Drawing on my engineering and consulting background, I want to contribute positively to a cause that I am passionate about.
