I started Didavo out of a passion for improving how work actually works.

Throughout my career, I experienced firsthand how leadership, communication, and organizational systems shape employee performance, team collaboration and sense of belonging. I believe in the responsibility businesses have to create environments where people and work can function well together. 

While many business leaders recognize the importance of culture, collaboration and modern ways of working, many lack the structures, processes, or operational clarity to work on these topics effectively. Communication remains fragmented, processes don’t scale, and new technologies - including AI - are often introduced without a clear purpose or ownership. While larger companies can afford top-tier support on this topic, especially small and medium sized businesses struggle to do so.

Didavo is my response to this reality. Drawing on my engineering and management consulting background, I help organizations improve communication, optimize processes, define effective ways of working, and implement AI where it creates real value.
